Shipping Policy

We will always work hard to ship your orders as soon as possible however please allow 2-4 days for standard delivery orders and 1-3 days for expedited delivery orders to be dispatched.

 

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).

UK Mainland orders
 - FREE UK delivery on orders over £50.00 via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery
 - Orders Under £20.00 - shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout (ranges from £3.50 - £5.50 based on weight of order). Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery

 - If your order us urgent please choose 'expedited delivery' at checkout. Price started from £5.50 and are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight of order.

International orders

 - Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout starting from £11 sent via Royal Mail International Standard

Returns & Exchange Policy

For returns and exchanges please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 21 days of delivery.

 

For cancellations please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
